Tracked letters are delivered directly to your mailbox.
Tracked parcels are delivered to your home or to a pickup point, depending on the carrier.

If you are not available, the carrier may leave a delivery notice.

🔁 Returns & withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Conditions:

• The decks must be new, unused, and in their original packaging

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the returned product
